To make a regal return to the SUV market, each of the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer trim levels are expected to connect to the same powerful engine. By connecting to a 6.4L V8 engine, the SUV’s powertrain will be an asset for drivers who need their vehicle to do some heavy lifting:
- Up to 471 horsepower
- Up to 455 lb-ft of torque
- 10,000-pound towing capacity when properly equipped
With a towing capacity that is expected to reach 10,000 pounds when properly equipped, the 2022 Grand Wagoneer will be able to haul horse trailers and work gear. Each trim is also projected to include a Quadra-Lift® Air Suspension system for increased height control.

Grand Wagoneer Series I
The initial trim level of the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is the Series I. The SUV sets a high bar for interior and exterior design:

Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II
The Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series II is projected to make your driving more convenient with available safety features that include a Highway Assist System and a Rear Seat Monitoring Camera. Each of the following additions are expected to be standard inside the Series II:
- Premium Palermo leather-trimmed seats with massage
- 22-inch polished wheels with luster gray pockets
- ParkSense® automated system
- Traffic sign recognition with drowsy driver detection

Jeep Grand Wagoneer Obsidian
The interior and exterior of the Grand Wagoneer Obsidian trim level receive a makeover. Lined with darker design features, the SUV will include features that blend in with the night:
- Black onyx grille
- Premium tinted glass
- New Dark Onyx chiseled metal aluminum dash trim
- Black Suede headliner
The Obsidian is also projected to receive an upgrade in infotainment. A 23-speaker MX1375 Reference Entertainment System and 10.25-inch Front Passenger Interactive Display will make each road trip feel a little shorter.
Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series III
The final trim level of the Jeep Grand Wagoneer may include a collection of technology that takes the Wagoneer into the future:
- Night vision with pedestrian and animal detection
- Front console cooler bin
- Available Active Driving Assistant
The Series III is believed to sport 22-inch polished wheels with lights out pockets. In addition to stronger handling, these wheels will give the SUV a breathtaking finishing touch.
